  1. It's obvious ultra wide is better, it's clear that 1440p gives you better image quality in costs of fps but ultra wide gives you different experiences, I'm happy of my lg ultra wide and i shall never go for another one unless better refresh rate

  2. Excuse me, what? You realize refresh rate and frame times are the same metric, right? This is just frequency vs. wavelength, they don’t give more information vs the other.

  3. I don't understand the restrictions tbh, in particular bc of ''advantage''. I mean, technically 16:9 also has ''advantages'' also to smaller formats. And it's not like high refresh rate also gives also an advantage 🙁

  4. 4 more seconds and you would've reached the highly sought after 10 minute long video. I'm very impressed that you held back on this, as much as you shouldn't have.

  5. Why does every youtube vid about monitors never bring up sceptre i have a 200hz curved ultrawide 1080p sceptre c30 and ive had no issues and it was only about $250

  6. What is stupid is Overwatch considers this an advantage but what about 2 people who have a 16:9 but 1 guys whos a little ritcher has 240hz and the other has 60hz? thats a much bigger advantage than 21:9

  7. there a point were having a wider screen become less ideal for gaming, sure you can see more without moving the mouse, but what about your own vision ?
if you need to move your eyes away from the crosshair to look at how much health and items you have for even a split second, it wouldn't sound bad but when in a game, you need to stay focus and this could mean bad things are bound to happen

  8. I play/d BF3, 4, 5 and PUBG….
I had a widescreen and it was awesome, I switched to an ultrawide screen…
When going back to a widescreen it was awful…
    MAKE SURE !!
You need an ultrawide for all scenarios.
I use mine for work and play, if it was just play, I would stay with a higher FPS Wide, over an ultrawide.
